We are looking for an IT / Data AI Recruiter as an employee or freelancer!
We are supporting a fast-growing organization in structuring its teams around data and artificial intelligence challenges. In this context, we are looking for an experienced IT recruiter capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging rare, highly strategic profiles (employees and consultants).
This role is part of an ambitious development dynamic, where data and AI play a central role in the company!

Mission
You will be responsible for recruiting specialized data and artificial intelligence profiles, for both technical and strategic roles. You will work closely with decision-makers to understand business challenges and translate these needs into effective recruitment strategies.
Your responsibilities:
- Identification and direct approach of data and AI profiles
- Recruitment of technical profiles (data engineers, data scientists, AI specialists)
- Recruitment of strategic profiles (Head of Data, Data Strategist, AI Lead)
- Implementation of sourcing strategies in scarce markets
- In-depth candidate qualification
- Advising managers on profiles and market realities
- Full process monitoring until signing
Profile
- You have experience in IT recruitment, specializing in data, AI, or analytics roles.
- You are autonomous and capable of managing your recruitments independently.
- You are comfortable with direct sourcing and hard-to-find profiles.
- You understand the challenges related to data, architectures, and artificial intelligence.
- You are able to communicate with business and strategic stakeholders.
- A trilingual profile is a plus.
- You are a mid-level to experienced professional, with the ability to step back and structure.
