Jobloom is looking for its Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) on a permanent contract!
We are a fast-growing HR-tech SaaS company innovating in recruitment! We offer a complete platform: career site creation, multi-channel job offer distribution (LinkedIn, Google Jobs, Indeed, talent.com, Jooble and 100+ partners), AI-powered ATS (recruitment CRM). The job?
We are looking for an ambitious junior to join our growing sales team. You will be at the heart of our new sales machine, working hand-in-hand with our founder and our growth marketing.
Your missions?
- 📝 Training phase: master our Jobloom tool in depth, understand product value, customer use cases, and its USPs
- 🧐 Active observation: attend all sales demos to learn sales techniques and customer relations
- 📞 Phone prospecting: call lists of very small businesses (10-30 employees) to qualify leads and book demos with our founder initially, then independently once trained
- 🗣️ Gradual increase in autonomy: after a few months, you will conduct demos for small clients yourself and become autonomous
- 💻 Tool usage: master our CRM (Pipedrive), use AI (Claude, ChatGPT) to optimize your prospecting, emails, preparations, Lemlist, ...
- 👋🏻 Participation: contribute to webinars, events, and the continuous improvement of our sales processes
Candidate profile
Education
- Graduate of a business or management school (Solvay, Louvain School of Management, Ephec or equivalent)
- Internship, student job or first professional experience: a plus, but not mandatory
- What really matters: ambition and a thirst for learning
Skills & Mindset
- Thirst for learning: you genuinely want to master the sales profession and are willing to put in the effort to get there
- Perseverance: able to make 30 to 40 calls a day without getting discouraged, you understand that it's a learning process
- AI Curiosity: you're already tinkering with Claude, ChatGPT or AI tools — you're naturally curious and love to experiment
- Respect for structure: you accept a clear work framework, you execute plans and you learn from feedback
- Startup mentality: you understand that we grow fast, that we can make mistakes, that we learn and move forward. No fear, we try
- Autonomy and common sense: in a small team, you know how to take initiative while having the maturity to ask for help when needed
Languages
- You speak French fluently, good knowledge of English, Dutch is a plus but not mandatory
